Punters Golf Father’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Punters Golf, Australia.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. There is no minimum age to enter.
Employees of Punters Golf and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins Thursday 14 August 2025 at 6:00pm AEST and ends Sunday 7 September 2025 at 5:30pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

  • Spend $50 AUD or more (including GST) in a single transaction on eligible products at puntersgolf.com or puntersgolf.nz during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) automatic entry.

  • Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of total spend or number of purchases.

  • Wholesale orders, gift card purchases, or purchases made outside Australia or New Zealand are excluded.

5. Prize

  • One (1) TaylorMade Qi35 Designer Series Driver (Silver), valued at $1,089 AUD RRP.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Punters Golf will cover shipping costs for delivery within Australia or New Zealand.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected via random draw after the Promotion Period ends.

  • The draw will take place within 48 hours of the Promotion end date.

  • The winner will be notified via phone and email using the contact details provided at purchase.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) months, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw may occur at Punters Golf’s discretion.

7. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Punters Golf reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Punters Golf is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or delays in entries.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.

8. Promoter’s Rights

  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Punters Golf reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval where required.
