At Punters Golf, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our returns, refunds, and warranty policies below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. This policy is designed to cover products that are defective, unfit for use, or not as described.

Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including the barcode. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Any signs of damage, wear, or use will void the refund eligibility.

Exclusions: This policy does not cover change-of-mind returns or instances where a cheaper alternative was found after purchase.

Return Process:
- Contact us at support@puntersgolf.com to be given a return label. For Orders above the value of $100 Punters Company will provide a return label. However, for orders below this value, the customer may be asked to organise and cover any cost of shipping.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Australia - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on occasion. All shipping must include a trackable parcel.
- Customer must also advise Punters Company the day the package is sent, along with a tracking number.

Inspection & Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the item is returned in its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Warranty Policy
Punters Golf products are backed by an 18-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. Note, apparel or any item of clothing is not included under this warranty.
- Coverage: Our warranty applies to any defects or malfunctions in materials or workmanship. This includes issues that render the product unusable or significantly hinder its intended function.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, accidents, or general wear and tear. Items damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Claim Process:
- Contact us at support@puntersgolf.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect.
- If necessary, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gifts or custom items.
- Gift cards.
- Discounted Products: Items purchased at a discount will only be refunded at the discounted price. Customers will receive a refund for the exact amount paid.
4. Final Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed to be in its original condition. Any item found to be damaged or not in its original packaging will not qualify for a refund.
