Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Period
   This offer applies to all orders placed on puntersgolf.com from April 5, 2025 through to 11:59PM AEST on April 10, 2025.
   – All qualifying orders placed today (April 5) are included in the promotion.

2. Offer Details
   If Rory McIlroy wins the 2025 Masters Tournament, all eligible customers will receive a full refund on their entire order.

3. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 5 days of Rory’s official win confirmation. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or methods.

   • No action is required by the customer unless otherwise contacted by Punters Golf.

4. Qualifying Orders

   • All products purchased storewide are eligible.

   • Limit of 1 refunded order per customer.

   • Orders placed outside the April 5–10 window are not included.

5. Returns & Exchanges

   • Items must not be returned or exchanged prior to the conclusion of the Masters.

   • Orders that are returned or exchanged before Rory’s win is confirmed are not eligible for the refund.

6. Player Withdrawal Clause

   If Rory McIlroy withdraws from the 2025 Masters Tournament or does not participate for any reason (including injury, personal reasons, or disqualification prior to teeing off), the promotion will no longer be valid, and no refunds will be issued. Refunds will only be processed if Rory McIlroy officially wins the 2025 Masters Tournament.
