The Bryson Bet - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotion ("The Bryson Bet") is open to all customers who place an order on puntersgolf.com during the

promotion period. No purchase limit. No minimum order value.

2. How It Works

• Place your order: Purchase any product(s) from Punters Golf before midnight (11:59 PM AEST) on April 9,

2026.

• Watch The Masters: The 2026 Masters Tournament takes place April 10–13, 2026 at Augusta National

Golf Club.

• Get refunded if Bryson wins: If Bryson DeChambeau wins The Masters 2026, you receive a 100% refund

of your order total.

3. Qualifying Orders

• All products on puntersgolf.com are eligible (Launch Monitors, Range Finders, Golf Balls, Accessories,

etc.).

• Orders must be placed and payment received before 11:59 PM AEST on April 9, 2026.

• Orders placed after the deadline are not eligible, even if already in your cart.

• Cancelled or refunded orders before The Masters conclusion are not eligible.

4. Winning Condition

Bryson DeChambeau must win The Masters 2026 outright.

• If Bryson wins outright: 100% refund issued.

• If Bryson ties and wins in a playoff: 100% refund issued.

• If Bryson finishes 2nd or lower: No refund (you keep your product as normal).

• If Bryson is disqualified or withdraws: No refund.

The official Masters Tournament leaderboard at the conclusion of play (including any playoffs) determines the

winner.

5. Refund Process

If Bryson DeChambeau wins The Masters 2026:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the tournament conclusion.

• Refunds issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

• You keep the product — no need to return it.

• Refund amount: 100% of the order total (including shipping).

You do NOT need to: return the product, contact customer support, or fill out any forms. We'll automatically

process all eligible refunds.

6. Product RetentionEven if you receive a refund, you keep the product. This is not a return — you get your money back AND keep

what you ordered.

7. Communication

• Eligible customers will receive email confirmation when refunds are processed.

• Updates on refund processing will be posted on our website and social media.

8. Exclusions

The following are NOT eligible for The Bryson Bet refund:

• Gift cards (cannot be refunded under this promotion).

• Orders placed after 11:59 PM AEST April 9, 2026.

• Orders that are cancelled or refunded before the tournament concludes.

• Fraudulent orders or orders suspected of abuse.

9. Modifications

Punters Golf reserves the right to:

• Verify order authenticity before issuing refunds.

• Exclude orders placed with stolen payment methods or fraudulent information.

• Modify or cancel this promotion if Bryson DeChambeau withdraws from The Masters before the tournament

begins.

• Extend the deadline in the event of website downtime or technical issues preventing orders.

10. Disputes

• The official Masters Tournament results as published by Augusta National Golf Club are final.

• All decisions regarding refund eligibility are at Punters Golf's sole discretion.

• This promotion is governed by Australian law.

11. Previous Promotions

Last year we ran "The Rory Bet" for The Masters 2025. Rory McIlroy won, and all refunds were issued within 5

days. We successfully refunded over $250,000 to customers. We always pay out when our golfer wins.

12. Fair Dinkum Guarantee

This isn't a trick. If Bryson wins, you get 100% of your money back. No catches, no fine print, no returns

required. We're backing Bryson, and if he delivers — so do we.

13. No Affiliation with Bryson DeChambeau or LIV Golf

Punters Golf is an independent Australian golf retailer. This promotion is created and operated solely by Punters

Golf Pty Ltd.

Punters Golf is not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

• Bryson DeChambeau (individually or through any of his business entities, representatives, or

management)

• LIV Golf (or LIV Golf Investments, LIV Golf LLC, or any related entities)• The Masters Tournament or Augusta National Golf Club

• Any official golf tour, organisation, or governing body

The name "Bryson DeChambeau", references to LIV Golf, and references to The Masters Tournament are used

solely for descriptive and informational purposes to identify the subject of this promotional offer. No commercial

relationship, partnership, or sponsorship exists or is implied between Punters Golf and any of the above parties.

This promotion reflects Punters Golf's own independent commercial decision to offer refunds contingent on a publicly

observable sporting outcome. Bryson DeChambeau and LIV Golf have not approved, endorsed, sponsored, or participated in

this promotion in any capacity.

14. Standard Refund Policy During the Promotion Period

■■ IMPORTANT: No Change of Mind Refunds During the Promotion Period

By placing an order during the promotion period (March 23, 2026 – April 9, 2026), customers acknowledge and

agree that:

• No change of mind refunds will be accepted for orders placed during the promotion period. All sales are

final, subject only to the Bryson Bet winning condition outlined in Section 4.

• No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed and payment received during the

promotion period.

• No refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of preference, or similar discretionary

reasons will be granted.

• No refunds due to the promotional nature of the offer — customers cannot request a refund on the

basis that they no longer wish to participate in the promotion.

Exceptions — Your Consumer Rights Are Protected

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Refunds, replacements, or repairs will still be provided where:

• A product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description.

• A product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.

• An order is lost or not delivered.
