Surely there's a catch? Why are all good rangefinders so expensive?
Fair question – it’s the same one we asked before starting Punters Golf. The truth is, most golf gear is overpriced simply because the sport has a reputation for being "expensive."
A lot of big brands take advantage of that, putting profits ahead of players. But we don’t. We believe quality gear shouldn’t cost a fortune – and that’s exactly what we deliver.
My rangey is giving me different distances – what’s going on?
No stress – this usually comes down to the mode you’re using. Our rangefinder has two modes:
- Standard mode: Gives an instant distance reading to whatever you’re pointing at. Great for checking distances to bunkers, fairways, or the back of the green.
- Flag Lock Mode: This one scans for 0.5 seconds and sends out multiple lasers to lock onto the pin. Just give it a little shake or pass over the flag during the scan – it'll pick up the pin even with trees or background clutter.
