Do I need to do anything to enter?
No. Every active Birdie Pass member goes in automatically, with one entry for every month they've been a member.
What happens to my entries if I cancel?
You lose them. Entries only carry over while your membership is active. If you win, your entries go back to zero and start stacking again.
I'm already a Birdie Pass member. Am I in?
Yes. Existing members are in automatically, so there's nothing to do.
Monthly or yearly?
You get the same benefits either way. Yearly is $199 upfront, which works out to 2 months free compared with paying $19.99 a month. You can cancel monthly anytime.
Does the Pass include free shipping?
No. Shipping is worked out at checkout on each ball order.
How do I get my member price?
Log in to your Punters account with the email you joined with, add Birdie Balls to your cart, and the member price is applied at checkout automatically. No discount codes needed.
Is there a limit on how many balls I can buy?
No. Buy as many dozens as you want, as often as you want, for as long as you're a member.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account and you won't be charged again. Just remember that cancelling means you lose your stacked draw entries.
Which ball should I pick?
Most golfers go Green: urethane feel and spin at $24 a dozen (normally $64). Go Red if you lose a few balls or want distance and durability, or Black if you're a low marker chasing tour-style control.
How is the winner picked?
Live, by electronic random draw at 7pm AEST (Queensland time) on 31 October from our Burleigh Heads HQ. We contact the winner within 2 business days and announce them on our socials.
